 Today, the Pakistan Basketball Federation (PBBF) is thrilled to join the global basketball community in celebrating World Basketball Day! 

 As we dribble into this special day, we want to express our love for the game that unites us all. Basketball is more than just a sport; it’s a language that transcends borders and brings people together.

This special day has come about from the United Nations (UN) General Assembly at its plenary meeting held in August 2023, which has adopted a resolution that has established a World Basketball Day on December 21, the day our game basketball was created.

 Join us in commemorating the spirit of basketball, a game that teaches us teamwork, discipline, and the joy of friendly competition. PBBF is proud to contribute to the growth of basketball in Pakistan, fostering a community that values inclusivity, sportsmanship, and passion for the game.
